CHARGES
Orders are shipped freight free, except for diet
products for which you may pay freight charges as itemized on the
sales invoices if certain minimums are not met. You are responsible
for the manufacturer's applicable drop-shipping charges and the
carrier's supplemental fees such as expedited, COD, and hazardous
charges. We will confirm the shipping charges when you place your
order.
We recycle boxes and have done so since we started
doing business. Usually this means reusing boxes from our own warehouses.
However, our additional box supply is from a box manufacturer's
overrun. Don't be surprised if your products from MWI come to you
in a french fry, marshmallow or some other unrelated product box!
We believe this is not only environmentally responsible, but also
know that it saves you money as well.
Stock availability
Working in partnership
with a wide range of suppliers, Duggan Veterinary aim to offer every
customer everything required to run their practice on a daily basis.
We carry a stock range of 9,000 products and have access to over
16,000 products in total.
With such a vast range of products available, many of high value,
it is neither physically nor financially practical for the average
practice to stock more than a fraction of what they may need. Offering
a reliable, accurate service means that our customers can use us
as their stock room. This allows you to offer clients a high level
of stock availability while minimising the capital tied up in stock.
It also helps limit the quantity of dangerous drugs in the practice,
making the community a safer place to be.

Placing
you order
Clear two-way
communication is critical for the development of successful relationships
with our customers. Centaur recognises that, as your wholesaler,
we are an important source of information and our aim is to communicate
with you as clearly and promptly as possible. With the assistance
of technology, the aims of our Careline are:
1. To ensure
calls are answered as quickly as possible and any queries dealt
with there and then.

DELIVERIES
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
All products
distributed via courier by Duggan Veterinary, are carefully packed
using recycled shredded paper which allows maximum prodtection for
all items selected by our customers. Any deliveries which arrive
damaged , not in proper working order etc. must be notifed to Duggan
Veterinary within 48 hours of arrival. A written letter , entitled
PRODUCT DAMAGE REPORT ,and illustrating exactly what damge was detected
to what products and including the invoice number , must be faxed
on headed paper to Duggan Veterinary within 48 hours also. Alternatively
this letter can be also posted to our Head office at:

will then look to replace said items straight away , ensuring as
little disruption to our clients as possible. We have an excellent
record in ensuring all items reach there destination as quickly
as possible and in perfect condition at all times.

RECYCLING
We
recycle 100ml injection styrofoam boxes and have done so since we
started doing business. So if any of our customers are having difficulty
in disposing of these boxs, please notify your local Area sales
manager , who will organise to have them collected. When sucah a
case arises please ensure that these type of boxes are packaged
togeher in large plastic bags etc. and are easy to manouver.Usually
this means reusing boxes from our own warehouse. However, our additional
box supply are from a various companies which are located with our
general region. Don't be surprised if your products from Duggan
Veterinary come to you in a french fry, marshmallow or some other
unrelated product box! We believe this is not only environmentally
responsible, but the boxes are of a high level of quality and ensure
the prodcuts arrive in the condition our customers are happy with.

Returns
Policy
Duggan
Veterinary must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if a ccustomer
wishes to return any products sent out to them. Duggan Veterinary
may be notified via the the following routes;

Unfortunately
, we cannot accept products returned to us , which are not in there
origginal packaging and which are not in perfectly good condition.
All items which
